A program to support family and informal carers of patients in palliative care.
A program for people close to someone with an illness that cannot be cured. It explains the options in palliative care, offers support in a hard time, and strengthens carers when they decide — about care, about talking with professionals, and about what they themselves need. It is given directly to people close to patients in the palliative outpatient clinic of MOÚ and the consultative palliative team.
