A program to support patients in palliative care. Finding your way in care, managing symptoms, and preparing for important decisions.
The program helps people with an illness that cannot be cured to find their way among the options for care, to manage symptoms, and to talk with professionals and with family. The content is split into eight areas. Each has short videos and simple reflection tasks. The aim is to strengthen the patient’s ability to decide about their own care, and about how they want to live knowing the illness cannot be cured.
